Jean Van den Eynde

Managing Director/Area/Country Manager

Jean Van den Eynde is a key member of the firm’s Board & CEO Advisory Partners and Financial Services Sector. He also leads the firm’s operations in Japan. He conducts a broad range of assignments and specializes in recruiting board members, CEOs, legal and financial officers. Based in Brussels, Jean works with clients both across Europe and around the world.

 

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jean was Senior Counsel with the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group in Washington, DC. Previously, he was with the Brussels law firm of De Bandt, van Hecke, Lagae & Van Bael (now Linklaters) and with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.

 

EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS

Jean received his law degree from Universitaire Instelling Antwerpen, an LLM degree from Harvard Law School, and his Master of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is past Chairman of the Association of Executive Search Consultants’ Board of Directors and European Council, and is a member and past Chairman of the Harvard Club of Belgium.
