Grace Cheng

Managing Director/Area/Country Manager

Grace Cheng leads the firm’s operations for Greater China, covering offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. As a member of the firm’s Board & CEO Advisory Practice and Financial Services Sector, she focuses on advising clients for senior-level assignments across a range of industries and geographies. Grace has conducted CEO assignments, board searches, succession planning and executive assessment projects for international companies, some of which are headquartered in mainland China and Hong Kong. She is based in Beijing.

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Grace has more than 20 years of executive search and assessment experience with two major global firms. Before that, she was a Research Fellow at Policy Studies Institute (PSI), a London-based think tank, where she focused on employment and organizational behaviors across the financial services, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors.

 

EDUCATION

Grace received her BA in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University and her MA from the University of Massachusetts. She received her DPhil in sociology from the University of Oxford.
