Harald Kringlebotn

Managing Director/Area/Country Manager

Harald Kringlebotn is the firm’s Country Manager for Norway. He advises clients as a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners and Industrial Sector. Based in Oslo, Harald has led a large number of leadership assessment projects and Board reviews. Throughout his experience as a leadership advisor, he has recruited more than 250 CEOs and Non-Executive Directors in a broad range of industries.

 

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates together with the entire Norwegian team in 2016, Harald spent 20 years at international and Norwegian executive search firms, most recently as Founder and Managing Partner. During this time, he expanded the firm’s service offerings to include leadership and succession planning, as well as growing their portfolio to span many sectors and industries. Earlier, Harald was a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, where he worked within organizational change management. He also spent eight years in the Royal Norwegian Navy, ending his tenure as aide-de-camp in the Norwegian Defence Headquarters.

 

EDUCATION

Harald holds a BA in management and naval operations from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy.
