Managing Director/Area/Country Manager

Justin Cerilli heads the firm’s New York & Stamford business and is a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee. Justin is also a member of the firm’s Financial Services, Technology and Data & Analytics practices, where he focuses on Chief Executive Officers and Technology leaders for his clients. Justin advises clients on how to recruit and retain transformational leadership talent in fintech, data & analytics, information services and financial services. Justin recently led the successful CEO succession assignment for a high-growth fintech company, as well as the recruitment of a President to a rapidly growing financial services technology company, the Executive Chairman for a D&A company, the Head of Operations and Technology to a large asset & wealth management firm, a Global Chief Operating Officer to an international Insurance company, and the Chief Data & Analytics Officer to a Fortune 50 company.

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Justin was a Product Manager at Kronos Inc. He previously served as the Director of Consulting at AtStaff Inc., a software company. Justin started his career at KPMG/BearingPoint, where he primarily served as a Management Consultant for clients across multiple industries.

Justin received his BA in management with an emphasis in entrepreneurial management and marketing from Gettysburg College.
