Nicholas Brill is the Head of Odgers Berndtson’s US Higher Education and Academic Medicine Practices and a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he co-founded a boutique search firm where he recruited senior academic and business leaders for leading US universities, academic medical centers, and affiliated organizations. Earlier in his career, Nick was an officer of the Harvard Community Health Plan, a leading health maintenance organization.
He also founded a health services company, Commonwealth Care, and built out the firm before selling it to a publicly traded company where he served as Vice President for national business development. Nick has served as a trustee of academic medical centers and social service organizations and is currently a member of the Overseers Committee of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Nick holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
