Joshua Lewis is a Senior Associate focused on the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practices, supporting senior-level searches across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and health services sectors, where his background as a research scientist gives him deep understanding of the issues and technologies.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Josh was as a Senior Associate with a boutique executive search firm focused on medical devices, healthcare information technologies, and biopharmaceuticals. During his graduate studies, he published research on a rare genetic disease affecting cell-cell adhesion, a field with critical importance in understanding cancer metastasis. Earlier in his career, he conducted research at Emory University and the University of Georgia, and he interned at a civil engineering firm.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia. He earned his PhD in Biochemistry, Cell, and Developmental Biology from Emory University.
