John McFarland is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson US’s Healthcare Practice. In this role, John uses his deep experiences, expertise, and relationships to help clients find the executive talent they need to achieve their business objectives.
John joins Odgers Berndtson with nearly 10 years of executive search experience. Prior to that he worked at Ernst & Young (now EY) where he consulted with healthcare organizations and gleaned a unique perspective for all aspects of the industry. He spent the first 8 years of his career serving in the United States Army, where his service included commanding at the company level, serving two tours of duty in combat, and receipt of the Bronze Star medal.
John earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Georgia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Charitable Care Network.
