Sayed focuses on leadership and talent needs of our clients in the Professional Services firms and across the Human Resources function. He is based in New York.

Before joining Odgers, Sayed was a senior partner at EY Advisory in its Human Capital practice and also held Regional and Sector leadership roles at PwC. Sayed brings a unique combination of industry and talent insights with both operational and consulting experiences, having advised CEOs, CHROs and executive teams on operating models and transformation initiatives both in the Americas and EMEA.

More recently Sayed has been advising clients on “new ways of working” and the implications of the global pandemic on organizations and workforce models.

Sayed holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
