Ryan Hubbs is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice based on the West Coast.  He has more than 15 years of domestic and international executive search experience recruiting C-Suite, finance, operational, and physician executives spanning provider systems, health plans, academic medical systems, cancer and genomics centers, technology and analytics organizations, value-based care and population health entities, and investor-backed healthcare companies.

Previously a Managing Director serving the Life Sciences, Technology, and Healthcare sectors with Westwood & Wilshire and Meyer Consulting, he spent several years in London where he worked extensively in the global oncology sector.  Previous companies that he recruited senior executives for include the University of Texas Health System, Banner Health, multiple Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, Dignity Health, NorthBay Healthcare, Summit Medical Group, Canopy Health, ESMO, and the New York Genome Center, among others.

Earlier in his career, Ryan spent five years with Witt/Kieffer as well as worked in global health and economic development. Ryan earned his BA in Economics and International Studies from Wheaton College and an MA (Hons) from the University of London – SOAS.
