K-12

As schools compete academically, technologically, on the sports field and in raising funds, school Principals have had to develop a greater breadth of skills. Expertise in a particular subject area is no longer sufficient. 21st century school leaders must be visible, informed and adept at navigating the complexities of media, technology and increasing political scrutiny. On top of this, school leaders must combine vision and passion with communications and advocacy skills in order to manage a diverse community of stakeholders.
