As the Head of People Analytics & Talent Insights based in New York, NY, J. operates at the intersection of OBDynamics, IdenX, Research and Development, and Information Technology and is responsible for driving our data, analytics and intelligence business and strategy. Focused on commercialization and growth, she brings experience transforming, integrating, and solution architecting through data, products, and differentiated client delivery. J will also help ensure the constant development and coordinated delivery of our various internal and external systems, such as OBDynamics and OBUS.

J has spent most of her career focused on change management, process optimization, operations, commercial/ growth strategy, analytics and insights and products, delivering creative digital solutions. J. speaks Korean and has a dual degree in Mathematics and Economics from Bucknell University.
