Lisa DeConto

Lisa DeConto is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Boston office and a member of the Asset, Wealth and Alternative Investments Practice. She has 20 years of experience leading searches for global asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, and asset owners. Her specific expertise includes searches in investments, distribution, strategy, operations, and risk, with a focus on diversity in asset management.

Lisa was previously with Russell Reynolds Associates, before which she was Managing Partner at 76 Search Partners, a firm she co-founded as 75 Search Partners and later sold. Earlier, Lisa rebuilt an executive search practice for Putnam Investments. Her knowledge of financial services and asset management includes an additional 12 years of trading and investment research sales.

Lisa received her B.A. from St. Lawrence University and is a Certified Professional Coach.
