Tim McNamara

Tim McNamara, K.D. leads the U.S. Transportation & Infrastructure Practice and also focuses on the areas of Aerospace & Defense, and Cyber. With over 25 years of management consulting and industry experience, he consults to international clients including governments, M&A advisory, private equity, and P3 firms.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Tim had global leadership roles with three other international search firms and formerly was with Booz Allen Hamilton’s Applied Science Center. His earlier career was spent representing American, Danish, French, German and Mexican companies in the global engineered logistics sector.

He was knighted in 1989 by Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark in recognition of his service to Denmark. He has been named to Businessweek’s Top 100 World’s Most Influential Headhunters.

Degreed from Loyola University Maryland he completed graduate work in International Commerce at George Washington University. He is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
