In 2008, Nadia El Iraki decided to focus on executive search and became the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes for the Maghreb office.
Nadia was the founder of Potential RH, a Moroccan HR firm specialized in recruitment and profile evaluations that was well positioned in the Moroccan market. In this position, she created and used psychometrics tests in order to assess profiles.
Before establishing her own executive search firm, she worked at AKWA, an influential multi sectorial group in Morocco as the HR advisor to the chairman. She was managing Human Resources and developing ambitious HR plans.
Prior to that role, Nadia was the HR manager at Royal Air Maroc, the Moroccan Airline carrier. For six years, she was in charge of the implementation of all human resources development tools.
Earlier in her career, she was based in Paris and worked as Recruitment responsible at Primistères Felix Potin.
Nadia holds a Masters degree in Labor Psychology from the Sorbonne, a Social Psychology degree and an International Relations Certificat.
Nadia speaks Arabic, French, English and Spanish.
