Danny joined Alexander Hughes in January 2021 as Client Partner within the Human Capital Assessment Practice. Danny has worked in several international Talent Development leadership roles in England, France and Germany. These included Nortel Networks, a global telecommunication provider (HR, L&D, Marketing roles), Parker/Waterman pens and Areva, a global energy distribution company. He implemented the management development and internal coaching practice at Dassault Systèmes, a leading global 3D software company, and most recently has led the European learning organisation in XPO Logistics.
Between his consulting and corporate roles, he has gained experience in a range of industries, including telecommunications, FMCG, healthcare, energy, hospitality, banking, high tech and logistics. Danny has developed expertise on a full range of topics: Individual and Team assessment, Development Centres, Personality Profiling, Leadership Development Training design and facilitation, Organisational Design, Performance Management, Influencing Skills, Change & Agility, Executive and Team coaching and Top Team Effectiveness.
Danny is a graduate of Middlesex University London and Neoma Business School, Reims, France. He holds an MBA in Leading Change from IAE Aix Marseille Graduate School of Management, as well as a bachelors in psychotherapy from Sigmund Freud University, Paris.
Danny is also an ICF accredited coach from the London Coaches Training Institute. He is native English, born and schooled in Brighton, fully bilingual French, having worked much of his career in Paris. He also speaks German and Dutch.
