Doug Seville is a Senior Advisor to Alexander Hughes USA.

Doug possesses many years of experience in the recruitment of senior level candidates. He began his career in Human Resources at Allstate Insurance in Toronto. He later joined The Hudson’s Bay Company where he acquired knowledge of the retail sector by working in various assignments including Warehousing, Distribution, and Human Resources Management.

Doug later assumed project manager positions with General Motors and Motorola, at which time he was promoted to Vice President of Drake Beam Morin’s Chicago office. There, he coordinated numerous projects relating to change management, coaching and development, reorganization/restructuring and executive selection.

With Chicago as his new home, Doug reestablished his practice as an independent executive search consultant and, along with his new business partner, Myriam Le Cannellier, co-founded DSML Executive Search – a boutique Executive Search firm serving European companies who have business operations in the United States.
