Managing Partner

Antoine Buytendijk is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes, based in Amsterdam.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Antoine was the Managing Director of a boutique search firm dedicated to the recruitment and selection of executives for retail, suppliers & brands.

In the past , Antoine spent 11 years with a major international executive search firm and before that he worked as a consultant for a local executive search organisation. Previous to his career in executive search Antoine worked at IBM, where he was responsible for training and educational projects. His core expertise is mainly in Technology, Industry and Logistics, Biotechnology and Consumer goods.

He is a bilingual Dutch and French native speaker, speaks fluent English, and good German.
