Bi-lingual with  expertise in border multicultural environments and manufacturing processes. Her main operations located in Mc Allen Texas, gives to the firm the presence in all corners of “North America Region” Mexico, United States and Canada, therefore, she gives to the customers the assurance of personalized assistance.

Maria Elena Cavazos holds a Law Degree from the “Universidad Regiomontana” in Monterrey, Mexico.  She has over 20 years of experience in Labor, Commercial and Corporate Law.  Maria Elena has worked with Multinational Companies within United States, Mexico and Canada and has significant experience in various functional areas within the Manufacturing Industry.

She has been successfully placing executives for her worldwide clients in all the different areas of the manufacturing Industry.    She has also worked for the Canadian Federal Government in the “Community of Federal Regulators” and has expertise in understanding and the application of the Canadian law and its regulations.

Maria Elena also provides Human Resources and best practices consultations, training, and coaching, as well as workshops and conferences to multinational clients regarding different themes like, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management and Employee Performance Management, among others.
