Benoit brings more than 20 years of international experience in Sales, Marketing and Management in the IT/Internet business. His expertise covers strategy, sales, sales organization, business planning, productivity, and talent management.
He starts his career at Nixdorf Computer where he sells management systems, then works for Digital Equipment (DEC), a hardware manufacturer, where he is in charge of Defense and Space sectors, including strategic relationship with Matra-Hachette group.
He joins Microsoft in 1998, in order to manage the whole business dedicated to corporate accounts: then he leads sales and marketing for Manufacturing and Services customers, and global accounts. In 2006, he creates a new Business Unit focused on Healthcare and local government markets. In 2009, he manages strategic business relationship with the first customer in France, on a global basis. He has also managed pre-sales teams.
During these various management positions Benoit has always looked for creating teams including a large variety of talents, the best way to show quality, impact and leadership on the market place.
Benoît is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School and is fluent in English, in addition to his native French.
