Pol Codina is a Client Partner in the Barcelona office of Alexander Hughes Spain.

Before starting his career in strategic profile selection, Pol had a background in human resources consulting.

After his experience in the Big Four (EY), in PAS (People Advisory Services-Talent), developing projects of organizational efficiency, reskilling, on-boarding among others, he developed his career in the recruitment sector, leading the Financial Services & PE practice in the British multinational Hays.

He started his professional career as a Client Partner in an Executive Search national company.

Pol studied Business Administration and Management at UPF (Pompeu Fabra University) and Management at the London School of Economics (LSE).

He speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
