The Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Practice Group was formed in 2011 following a merger between Horton International and Ruston Poole International. For almost twenty five years, we have been the trusted recruitment partner to many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical, life sciences and medical device companies, working across all functions including R&D, Commercial, Operations, Regulatory and Quality. We have also built strong relationships with the Private Equity and Venture Capital sector, providing solutions for organisations in the investment sector as well as for their portfolio companies. In more recent years, our not-for-profit work has helped medical research charities and government agencies in their quest for treatments and cures for unmet medical needs.
