Trained as a management consultant, Nik excels at translating complex information into actionable insights and executive decisions for his clients and organizations. Throughout his service at N2Growth, Nik takes care to develop perspectives on critical business and industry challenges, and tailor go-to-market approaches to effectively find and engage the talent best able to deliver long term value. Prior to N2Growth, Nik spent four years consulting in the disciplines of leadership and organization assessment, strategy development, organization design and transformation, and succession planning. Nik’s exposure to talent and recruitment began when the boutique consultancy he was working for, Decision Strategies International, was acquired by a public executive search firm.

Nik holds a management degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Remaining in the city after graduation, Nik enjoys a close connection (and walk) to his alma mater through mentoring students and cheering for the Quakers. He currently serves as Chair for an alumni interview committee specialized in bringing high potential students with diverse backgrounds to Penn’s undergraduate programs.

Outside of his professional capacities, Nik enjoys playing tennis, learning to box, and riding the ups and downs of Seattle sports. An engaged citizen, Nik serves his local community by volunteering with local nonprofit organizations with missions aligned to education, sports, and mental health. He argues his service to Philly also includes sharing his knowledge of the vibrant food scene with other concerned citizens.
