Chetna Chhabra serves as a Director at N2Growth’s Executive Search firm in India. She specializes in sourcing and research efforts for executive search in India and America. She is a dynamic executive search professional with more than six years of experience in consumer and information technology markets, focusing on C-level engagements. She also maintains expertise in generating research documents (qualitative & quantitative analysis) across sectors and industries, preparing company research reports, strategy reports, and industry trend analyses.
Most recently, she has worked with Heidrick & Struggles as a Senior Research Analyst where she was responsible for providing executive search, advisory, consulting, research, and knowledge management support to consultants and associates from the consumer sector globally (including FMCG, Retail, Digital, Media and Entertainment).
Prior to Heidrick, Chetna has worked with global projects and services, where she was responsible for conducting feasibility studies for proposed ventures that focused on understanding the strength and weaknesses of the business and finding the opportunities and threats to conclude on business prospects.
She started her journey with Tommy Hilfiger, where she was a part of the consumer analytics team responsible for KPI comparisons, stock and inventory analysis, competitive brand analysis, and NPS comparisons.
Chetna holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Delhi and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Delhi. She is currently based in Gurgaon, India.
