Over the years, she also creatively presented a traditional form of candidates for newly introduced risk management roles by Global and Asian regulators, such as benchmark submission.

Prior to entering the field of Executive Search, Ellen was in the public relations industry in Sydney where she managed the full spectrum of public relations for the financial sector. After spending 5 years in Australia, she returned to Singapore to join an American bank with a key role in liaising with marketing & compliance departments. In two years, she moved to the consumer products department to promote various mutual funds and insurance plans and managed multi-million portfolios.
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing & Management, from the University of Curtin Technology, Australia.
