Mike Wackenreuter

Mike Wackenreuter is an Associate at N2Growth Executive Search firm in Seattle, WA. With his unique background spanning the non-profit, military, and corporate sectors, Mike specializes in conducting deep research into client needs across various areas and driving long-term solutions accordingly.

Before joining N2Growth, Mike worked as an AmeriCorps volunteer at a non-profit that helped rebuild homes for low-income homeowners following Hurricane Katrina. He decided to continue serving his country when he joined the US Army as an Infantryman and deployed to Afghanistan in 2012. Following his time in the military, Mike also worked on a Strategy & Innovation team at JPMorgan Chase and served as a financial analyst at Raytheon Technologies.

Mike holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School (UNC-Chapel Hill) and a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University). He completed his undergraduate degree at Tulane University in New Orleans.

Mike enjoys getting his cardio in chasing around his daughter and spending time with his amazing wife in his free time. He further loves reading history, volunteering to help veterans navigate the transition to civilian life, and watching his beloved Boston sports teams.
