Vera Sharova is a Partner at N2Growth executive search in Paris, France. She is focused on board, C-suite, and executive-level search assignments, strategic advisory, and investment portfolio support services. Vera brings years of experience placing dozens of executives, including Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Sales, and Marketing executives, as well as Business and Digital Transformation leads.
Vera’s insights into strategy and business development, coupled with cultural awareness and in-depth knowledge of a search process, create an integrated customer experience, enabling long-term value creation and positive business outcomes for our clients. As part of the global finance practice of N2Growth and N2Ventures, she is also delivering advisory services to companies operating within the Private Equity and Venture Capital industries across an array of interrelated value propositions, including HR and Operational Due Diligence, post-closure integration, team assessments, and startup support.
Prior to N2Growth, she worked as an investment advisor and portfolio director of a European Private Equity fund (family office). As part of her mission, she led business transformation in portfolio companies and supported cross-functional project teams across France, Spain, UK, Russia, and the Czech Republic. Previous to that, she spent 7 years working in executive search and investment advisory practices across multiple geographies, including Europe, Latin America, and CIS.
Vera holds a BBA in Business Administration by the European University Barcelona and Masters in International Management by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Having lived in 7 different countries and fluent in 4 languages (English, French, Spanish, Russian), she has a focus on diversity and cultural awareness, embracing change with proactivity, dedication, and “make things happen” mindset.
Vera enjoys endurance running, having completed several 10km and semi-marathon races across France. She is also a certified wine connoisseur, holding a WSET level 3 award in wines.
