Jorge Cansinos

Jorge Cansinos is Managing Partner at N2Growth Executive Search in Spain and Portugal. He is experienced in international talent acquisition with expertise in consumer markets, technology, and finance & business services. He is also a trusted advisor in Leadership Development, Business Transformation, and Leads N2Ventures in Europe.

Prior to joining N2Growth Spain & Portugal, Jorge has been a strategic, results, and people-driven leader with +25 years of international experience and a proven success track record. His responsibilities included CEO, Managing Director, and Commercial Vice-president of multinational and national companies. Jorge has also­ served in international Boards of Directors, such as Ecoembes, Adelma, and Ron Barceló.

Jorge was expatriated in the USA, Portugal, and Colombia, leading subsidiaries and business projects in several European, North, and South American countries. As a result, he is a deep connoisseur of global consumer trends and has contributed to developing iconic brands in Coca-Cola, Seagram’s, Telefonica, Colgate-Palmolive, and SC Johnson.

As a brand builder and share of market developer, Jorge designed and executed category growth strategies, new product development, advertising campaigns, media planning, PR, and fostered digital and social media. Whereas, as a sales growth hacker and go-to-market specialist, he constantly achieved incremental and sustainable business results.

Since 2000, as CEO or Managing Director, Jorge transformed organizations, developed talent, and successfully managed high-performance teams. Jorge has been responsible for the strategic business plan, budget, and P&L led mergers & acquisitions and maximized the business potential with restructurings.

Jorge is an entrepreneur, having founded several companies specialized in eBusiness. He earned a Law Degree from Autonoma of Madrid University, an International MBA from the University of Dallas, an MBA from Nebrija University, and AMP from IESE Business School of Barcelona. He is also a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics & Business Sciences from the University of Alcala. Jorge shares his experience as an Associate Professor at Instituto de Empresa Business School and ESIC in Madrid.
