Daniel is a Senior Director at N2Growth’s retained search practice in Alaska. Daniel is adept at advising senior executives and boards of directors on talent strategy, succession planning, executive search, organizational design, and performance management.

Prior to joining N2Growth, Daniel led the global build-out of the program portfolio for Washington University’s Center for Experiential Learning (CEL), an applied learning/management advisory center providing faculty-guided consulting services for public and private sector partners ranging in size from startup to Fortune 100.  As Director of the Center, Daniel oversaw strategic planning, curriculum design, business development, and project delivery.  During his tenure, Daniel led 140% growth in income and doubled enrollment for the Center’s programs, expanding public and private partnership reach to Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and central and southern Africa, providing support for small businesses, government entities, social entrepreneurs and NGOs.

Earlier in his career, Daniel was with Novus International, a multinational global health and agricultural technology solutions provider.  At Novus, Daniel coordinated global marketing efforts in support of $30M in annual sales and was responsible for the business plan and go-to-market strategy development for a planned $90M corporate spinoff built around commercial-scale aquaponics farming technology.

Daniel studied in the US, Germany, and the UK. He holds a B.A. in management from Spring Arbor University, and an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, where he served as adjunct faculty from 2014-19.

Daniel and his family currently reside in the ‘frigid far North’ of Anchorage, Alaska, where they enjoy time on snow-covered trails and some of the best views this planet has to offer.
