Jaco Erasmus serves as CEO for N2Growth EMEAA. Headquartered in the Benelux, he is responsible for overseeing all of N2Growth’s locations across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Jaco began his career as a clinical psychologist in private practice before gravitating into management consulting where he spent time with Capgemini Ernst & Young.
Prior to joining N2Growth, Jaco spent almost seven years as Managing Partner of an executive search firm. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Innovation from the University of Tilburg and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. Jaco was born and raised in South Africa, a country known for its wide range of diversity, large scale culture changes, successful transformations and the ability to build a new generation of courageous leaders. Its multi cultural context has greatly formed his vision and ability to work with and bring about the best in (future) leaders of various cultural, educational and professional backgrounds.
The combination of Psychology and Management Consulting ultimately culminated in a career in Executive Search and Executive Interim Management. After a number of years in Executive Search, he founded a boutique Executive Search and Interim Management company, driven by clients need for more transparency and efficiency of the search process as well as client involvement during the search process.
His focus often lies on search and mediation of complex and (politically) sensitive Executive Search assignments. Jaco is a seasoned professional, helping clients to attract exceptionally talented senior management in order to create unique and sustainable competitive advantage. He also specializes in providing experienced interim executive solutions to manage transitions, MBOs, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions as well as large and complex change within organizations.
Jaco is trusted advisor to many companies with its Global headquarters or regional offices situated in the Netherlands. These companies are active in Financial Services, Professional Services, Industry, Health-care and ever so often large international Family Owned businesses. His young and entrepreneurial company has created a large network of new generation managers, as well as well respected executives. He likes working with authentic personalities, people who are able to inspire, energize and improve companies competitiveness, products or service offerings.
