Elizabeth Lombard is a Managing Director at Koya Partners, part of Diversified Search Group. With over two decades of recruitment expertise in both the nonprofit and private sectors, she brings tenured experience with the full lifecycle of executive search, from needs assessment and candidate development to client management. Lombard specializes in mission-driven leadership searches and philanthropy executive searches for DSG clients nationwide.
Lombard has successfully recruited CEOs, Presidents, Executive Directors, CFOs, Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders for a diverse range of mission-driven organizations. She has expertise working with many mission-based organizations including conservation and environmental, reproductive rights, social justice, healthcare, and education organizations.
Lombard has directed leadership level searches for The Trust for Public Land, American Association for the Advancement of Science, International Women’s Health Coalition, Innovations for Poverty Action, The Philadelphia Zoo, ActBlue, National Women’s Law Foundation, Commonwealth Fund, NASTAD, Last Mile Health, and Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, in addition to other select nonprofit organizations throughout the country.
Prior to joining Koya, Lombard served as Vice President of Executive Search for a large philanthropic consulting firm serving nonprofit organizations throughout the Northeast. Her professional experience also includes five years in healthcare, supporting global sales efforts as well as human resources for the Medical Division of Siemens USA Corporation.
She is active in her local community and has served on many local boards. She is a former Board Member of New England Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and member of AFP and AHP.
