Neysa Dillon Brown is a Managing Director with Diversified Search’s Healthcare Services practice. In her role, she partners with hospitals and healthcare systems on talent acquisition, executive and diversity recruitment, organizational assessments, and pipeline development.
Brown specializes in developing diverse healthcare management teams to meet organizational and business priorities. She has had success building partnerships, driving organizational change, and implementing innovative programs in the academic, healthcare delivery, association, and community settings.

She has developed community-based innovation strategies to address disparities in preterm births; conducted employee and community focus groups; and launched an organizational assessment of patient-centered communications that utilizes survey tools to determine if organizations practice culturally appropriate and respectful communication.
