Pam Lisle

Pam Lisle is a Vice President and Senior Associate with Diversified Search. She possesses deep experience in multiple industries, with an emphasis in Healthcare Services and Life Sciences. With over 15 years of retained search experience, she has conducted senior-level searches within healthcare systems, academic medical institutions, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, device and biotech companies, as well as sports, media, and entertainment organizations.

Lisle joined Diversified Search in 2012. She began her search career in 1999, with Ray & Berndtson; previously, she was with A. T. Kearney, Korn Ferry, and Lisle Associates. She also served as Vice President, Recruiting and Training, for Pegasus Golf Management, a Carlyle Group company. Lisle began her career with Burlington Northern Railroad, in human resources and sales.
