Kelly Garritano, Executive Recruiter, joined the Alta team in 2014. She works to identify cyber security, IT risk and privacy leaders in various industries and levels. Previously to joining Alta, Kelly worked at Olsten Staffing Services, where she worked as an internal recruiting consultant for Prudential.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
