Jeannine Sommer

Vice President and Senior Associate

Jeannine Sommer is Vice President and Senior Associate in the New York office of Diversified Search, where she supports the Digital Media, Entertainment, and Sports, and Technology and Innovation practices.

Sommer began her career in executive search in 1995 as a Research Assistant with Bishop Partners. After two years she joined Norman Broadbent International as Director of Research. There she assisted senior management in launching the firm’s Entertainment and New Media practice while putting together a research team responsible for a wide variety of database projects.

More recent positions include Senior Vice President of Search Management at Carlsen Resources, where she was responsible for overseeing the search process, as well as managing Carlsen’s clients and candidates; Director of Executive Recruitment for Cablevision Systems, where her responsibilities included executive-level searches for all 26 properties owned and operated by the company; and consulting for ThinkBRQ.
