Erin Reedy is a Managing Director at Koya Partners, part of Diversified Search Group. She conducts searches for leading mission-driven clients across the nonprofit sector. With a prior career in community development finance and a deep commitment to the nonprofit sector, Reedy enjoys establishing strong client relationships and has significant experience working in the philanthropy, education and social services spaces, among others.
Reedy’s clients have included The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Jumpstart, Financial Health Network, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, among others. In her 14-year career in executive search, she has conducted more than 250 searches for CEO, Executive Director and other senior level roles.
Reedy has particular expertise leading searches for Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and other organizations working in affordable housing and community and economic development. She worked for 11 years at the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation, where she oversaw multifamily development that resulted in the financing and construction of over 200 new affordable housing units annually, as well as the preservation and renovation of 2,000 existing affordable housing units each year.
Reedy’s background also includes work in nonprofit public relations, community outreach, research, and special projects. She serves on the Board of Directors for AFFIRM, a nonprofit founded by the medical community to address gun violence in the United States from a public health perspective.
