EMA Partners Forms Partnership With Decision Dynamics

April 12, 2017 – EMA Partners International, a global partnership of executive search professionals, has formed a joint venture with Decision Dynamics AB, a global provider of solutions for leadership and talent management.

EMA will get access to Decision Dynamics’ tools, which it will deploy across all of its leadership search engagements and also through its leadership consulting practice, to offer solutions to clients in leadership development, performance management, engagement and retention, and identification of high potential talent.

The joint venture company will also distribute and offer certification training for Decision Dynamics’ tools and provide technical and conceptual support to clients in their application. Raj Bowen, senior partner for EMA Partners’ leadership consulting practice in the region, will lead the joint venture.

EMA Partners also recently expanded with new offices in São Paulo and Campinas, Brazil, with the addition of Weplace Search & Leadership, which serves a wide range of services for a diverse portfolio of clients.
