TRANSEARCH Adds New Member Firm in Poland

November 5, 2026 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters, and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas. TRANSEARCH International has added GP Executive as a member firm in Poland, led by managing partner Michał Gołębiowski.
“Poland is a very important market for TRANSEARCH, and I am delighted to welcome Michał and his team to our international organization,” said Celeste Whatley, CEO of TRANSEARCH International. “Their experience, strong understanding of the Polish market, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service make them an excellent addition to TRANSEARCH. “The partnership provides GP Executive’s clients with access to TRANSEARCH International’s global network, specialist expertise and established leadership assessment methodologies,” Ms. Whatley added. “It also creates opportunities for greater collaboration on cross-border executive search assignments, supporting both Polish organizations expanding internationally and multinational companies operating in the region. With GP Executive joining the organization, TRANSEARCH International looks forward to building on its established relationships in Poland, combining the firm’s local market knowledge and entrepreneurial approach with the collective expertise and resources of its international network.”
“Poland is an important market within Central and Eastern Europe, and the addition of GP Executive strengthens our ability to support clients by combining local market knowledge, established relationships and specialist expertise with the capabilities and international reach of our global organization,” TRANSEARCH said.
Poland has emerged as an important market for executive search in Central and Eastern Europe, supported by its diversified economy, expanding technology sector, and growing role as a regional business hub. Continued investment in manufacturing, financial services, logistics, and business services is creating demand for senior executives capable of managing growth, leading digital transformation, and navigating an increasingly complex business environment.

At the same time, competition for experienced leadership talent, demographic pressures, and evolving workforce expectations are prompting companies to place greater emphasis on succession planning, leadership development, and executive recruitment. For global and regional search firms, Poland presents opportunities as domestic businesses expand internationally and multinational organizations seek leaders with both local market knowledge and global management experience.
Knowledge of the Polish Market
GP Executive brings extensive experience advising organizations on senior leadership appointments, combining in-depth knowledge of the Polish market with a tailored approach to executive search. The firm’s expertise spans the legal, industrial and financial sectors, with a particular emphasis on understanding the strategic, organizational and leadership challenges facing its clients.
