Panorama Expands in Germany and Brazil

October 26, 2015 – Executive recruiters are increasingly being served hiring mandates all over the globe. To meet the demand, search firms continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters, and open new locations. The spike in demand seems to be favoring affiliated global recruiting consortiums and the well-established global players that already have beachheads in place that are close to where the new action is developing.

To that end, German search firm Delta Management Consultants and Brazilian executive recruiters EXEC have joined Panorama, a global network of independent executive search firms with 20 offices and over 50 partners across Europe, North America and the Asian Pacific.

“We have been impressed by Delta and EXEC, and the quality of the businesses they have built. I am personally delighted to welcome them both into the Panorama partnership,” said Craig Buffkin, chairman of Panorama Search and founder and managing partner of The Buffkin Group. “We will all benefit from their experience, presence and reputation in their markets which will complement the work of our partners in the U.S., South Africa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and the U.K.”

Established in 1983, Delta Management Consultants has offices in five major cities and works across 12 practice groups including board search/board review. Its other practice groups include the industrial, professional services, financial services, consumer/retail, digital/online, public sector, health care and life sciences, TMT, tourism, industrial and automotive sectors.

Delta recently launched a new visual identity and rebranded itself to foster three societal drivers – digital, diversity and demography – all which have a key impact on the search business in Germany.

“We are looking forward to joining Panorama’s international partnership – one which is highly dominant in the key markets for executive search: the U.K., and USA, Africa and across Asia Pacific,” said Dr. Burkhard Block, managing partner at Delta Management Consultants. “With this decision, we will continue to strengthen our position as one of the top 10 search firms in Germany, and will be Panorama’s hub for Continental Europe.”

EXEC was established in 2009 as a boutique consultancy whose services include search and selection, and leadership and organizational advisory. Co-managed by an advisory board, and only independent consultancy with this governance in Brazil, EXEC has offices in Sao Paulo, Campinas, Brazil and Rio de Janeiro. EXEC has experienced a period of unprecedented growth over the last couple of years, which has accelerated its plans to open offices in other countries within South America.

“EXEC and the partners in Panorama represent the perfect combination of leading organizations that share a similar set of values and a strategic vision,” said Daniel Cunha, managing partner for EXEC. “Together we are uniquely positioned through a balanced portfolio of services that can be tailored to best serve the evolving needs of our global clients achieve their strategic goals and highest aspirations. We are proud to be a member of a leading international group and a stronger leader in the Brazilian executive search market, providing a wider global reach to our clients.”
