Christopher W. Hunt is President and Publisher of Hunt Scanlon Media where he spearheads all of the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. Over the last 35 years, Chris has overseen the publishing of dozens of leading directory and trade publications, including Hunt Scanlon Media’s flagship newsletter Executive Search Review and its daily newswire and market intelligence reports, all of which track and monitor the talent acquisition and leadership solutions sectors. Chris also oversees the company’s flagship recruitment conferences for private equity, venture capital, DE&I, mergers & acquisitions, and other related events.
In 1988, Chris co-founded Hunt Scanlon Media, which has become the most widely respected news, market intelligence, and public relations firm covering the executive search sector globally and Chris has played a major role in establishing today’s global human capital industry. His highly sought-after insights and perspectives have appeared hundreds of times in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, BusinessWeek, Fortune, Forbes, The Economist and in countless other major business media publications.
Chris is also the Co-CEO of Hunt Scanlon Ventures, where Chris works side-by-side in partnership with the firm’s ventures clients to help them scale and grow their businesses. He brings strategic advice covering capital investment, venture capital, and a myriad of acquisition consulting services, all with a singular focus on the human capital markets.
Apart from his business accomplishments, Chris is an award-winning journalist, having authored eight books on careers and recruitment trends, including Navigating Your Career, a best-selling business compendium published by John Wiley & Sons. Previously, Chris held senior management level positions with Xerox Credit Corporation, MLC Financial, and Datalease Capital Corporation.

Scott Scanlon is chief executive, editor-in-chief and co-founder of Hunt Scanlon Media, a widely recognized news, market intelligence, and public relations firm. Scott oversees all of the company’s editorial content for Executive Search Review, its daily newswire briefings, and the company’s market intelligence reports. Additionally, he manages all news and editorial content and distribution initiatives for Hunt Scanlon Media’s website. The company was formed in 1988.
Scott also serves as Co-CEO of Hunt Scanlon Ventures, which was formed to assist human capital firms realize their full investment potential. He has spent the last three years building the firm’s M&A advisory unit, which now offers a full range of critical solutions to guide founders and their management teams to successful exits. Under Scott’s supervision, Hunt Scanlon Ventures has helped close more than a dozen of the most prominent M&A transactions in the human capital space,
An accomplished journalist and editor, Scott has co-authored eight popular business and career books and is a frequently quoted expert on recruitment issues in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Crains, The Economist, BusinessWeek, Fortune, Forbes and others. Navigating Your Career, co-written with Christopher W. Hunt, was selected as one of the ‘30 Best Business Books’ of 1999.’
Scott has maintained a long and successful business career. Prior to co-founding Hunt Scanlon Media, he has held roles with McLagan Partners and, later, with AON Hewitt. Scott earned a B.A. in History with a minor in Economics from Fairfield University and read Russian languages at Harvard University.

Erik Boender joined Hunt Scanlon Media in 2018 to lead all of the company’s market intelligence efforts and, in 2022, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Reporting directly to the company’s Co-Founders, he plays an integral part in the day-to-day operations of the business.
As a key member of the firm’s senior management team, Erik oversees critical functions relating to the organization including its accounting and finance functions, as well as its expanding market intelligence, research, sales, marketing, industry conference, and social media teams. This includes managing the editorial team and its flagship newsletter, Executive Search Review as well as Hunt Scanlon’s long-standing industry leadership studies and reports including its State of the Industry Study and other reports covering private equity, diversity, equity and inclusion and corporate culture, among others. He also works in close collaboration with the company’s conference and special events teams which develops and hosts seven recruitment events annually.
Additionally, Erik spearheads all survey projects including its series of annual rankings in various industries and disciplines. Primary of which is the dissemination and tabulation of Hunt Scanlon’s popular executive search Top 50, Global 40 and Global 5 rankings.
Erik Boender also serves in the role of Chief Operating Officer of Hunt Scanlon Ventures where he oversees key initiatives relating to the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. In this capacity, he reports directly to the firm’s Co-CEOs. Erik is a graduate of Iona College, where he earned a B.A. in Finance.

Dale Zupsansky is executive editor of Hunt Scanlon Media, a position he was appointed to in 2019 after having served in various senior-level editorial roles over his long career with the company. He joined Hunt Scanlon in 2001.
Dale manages the company’s daily newswire content which reaches hundreds of thousands of subscribers and readers within the executive search and broader human capital sectors. He develops, writes and edits the majority of articles that appear in the company’s newswire where he coordinates a myriad of data, intelligence and general information as he constructs each piece.
Considered a leading expert in the talent management and executive recruiting industry, Dale also manages and tracks key corporate leadership changes and contributes editorial content to Executive Search Review, the company’s long-standing trade publication as well as its market research studies which cover executive search, diversity, equity & inclusion, private equity, corporate culture and other major areas of focus.
Prior to joining Hunt Scanlon, Dale serves as a Senior Sports Editor with PredictIt; a CBS Sportsline company and, prior to that, he was an Associate Account Executive with Rubenstein Associates. Dale is a 1999 graduate of Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire where he earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media studies.

Walker Manning is Vice President, Creative Content, a key area within Hunt Scanlon which he has managed since joining the company in 2021.
In this capacity, Walker directs all aspects of the company’s content on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter ,YouTube and others where Hunt Scanlon maintains a large following of both corporate and human capital professionals in 191 countries. From an editorial aspect, Walker develops, writes and edits daily content for consumption on these various social media channels which includes the company’s general news and editorial, market intelligence and trade publications as well as its conferences and special events.
Walker also manages Hunt Scanlon’s popular and wide-ranging webinar platform in which the company hosts leading executive search, human resources, talent acquisition, DE&I, private equity and other professionals on an array of topics. Walker and his team heavily pre-promote each webinar which run approximately an hour in length and have, on average, boasted hundreds of registrants per production. Additionally, Walker manages all aspects of the company’s “Talent Talks” podcast series which cover issues and trends impacting today’s complex recruitment market.
Drawing on his creative and design strengths, Walker develops numerous digital advertisements for Hunt Scanlon’s flagship website and various company publications including its market research studies and trade newsletters.
Walker is a 2020 graduate of Iona College where he earned a degree in Business Administration. Earlier he worked in market research and analytic roles with Eclipse Brand Management in Greenwich, Connecticut, a boutique brand strategy, brand identity and digital marketing consultancy specializing in building high growth consumer brands.

Bogdan Belincevic is Head of Research & Market Intelligence for Hunt Scanlon Media. He also maintains a separate, but dual role, as an Associate at Hunt Scanlon Ventures where plays a critical role developing research and investment models in support of the firm’s sell-side transactions. He joined both companies in 2022.
Bogdan plays a critical role in developing and maintaining a centralized and highly sophisticated system that houses millions of key records which the company utilizes across its various platforms including editorial, market intelligence, digital media and conferences and special events. Additionally, Bogdan and his team conduct ongoing and specialized research to support a number of key initiatives that include surveys, studies and other market research projects.
Prior to joining Hunt Scanlon Ventures, Bogdan held various professional roles with ABB and Servotech in Belgrade, Serbia. His other experience includes DataArt in New York.
Bogdan is a graduate of the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, where he earned a B.A. in Engineering modified with Economics, a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management. While at Dartmouth, Bogdan competed as a member of the Men’s Varsity Heavyweight Crew. Before that, he served as a member and Team Captain of The Kent School’s Varsity Crew, where he was twice named “Oarsman of the Year.” Bogdan is a native of Serbia and speaks three languages.

Lily Fauver joined Hunt Scanlon Media in 2023 where she currently serves as Senior Editor and is an integral member of company’s editorial unit. Lily also serves as an Associate with Hunt Scanlon Ventures where she helps to create key content for its ExitUp platform and industry sector market intelligence reports.
Reporting directly to the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Lily writes, edits and fully manages Hunt Scanlon’s line of key industry studies which cover private equity, DE&I, executive search and other related areas. Additionally, Lily is a primary contributor to the company’s flagship newsletter, Executive Search Review, where she covers a myriad of issues in which she liaises with corporate HR, talent acquisition professionals and executive search consultants, both nationally and on a global basis. Lily is also an editorial contributor to Hunt Scanlon’s Daily Newswire. Lily plays a primary role in developing selected human capital surveys where she helps to analyze and present key findings from significant data that is collected across a number of industries. Key surveys include the Hunt Scanlon’s 50 Largest Search Firm Americas ranking as well as its Global 40 and Global Five rosters as well as reputational surveys and rankings for PE, Financial Services, DE&I, corporate culture and rankings that cover city and geographical data.
Lily works in close collaboration with the company’s conference and special events team which develops and hosts seven recruitment events annually. In this capacity she helps to design impactful marketing campaigns which promote each conference to a global audience, a similar role in which Lily spearheads the promotional efforts for the company’s webinar and podcasts series.
Lily earned a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude from Dartmouth College where she majored in English modified with Russian Literature. Her prior professional experience included serving as a community & partnership manager with Spot & Tango as well as serving in a business development role with the venture backed AI company, IFIVEO. During her tenure at NBC Sports in 2021-2022, Lily and her team won an EMMY® Award for “Outstanding Interactive Experience – Event Coverage” for the Games of the XXXII Olympiad.

Maintaining a long and successful career in broadcast journalism, Rob joined Hunt Scanlon Media in 2017 where his efforts are focused on the company in key roles within the conference and digital media units.
Rob serves as the official Moderator for all of Hunt Scanlon’s business recruiting conferences which cover executive search, private equity, venture capital, corporate culture, diversity, equity & inclusion, mergers and acquisitions and other annual events hosted in New York, San Francisco and London. Rob works exclusively with the special events team in which he helps to develop key elements for the direction of each conference. Additionally, Rob serves as the host of Hunt Scanlon’s “Talent Talks” podcasts; an annual series of productions in which Rob leads lengthy interviews and discussions with the company’s key executive search and corporate clients on a myriad of topics.
A seasoned radio host and sports director with WGCH in Greenwich, Connecticut, Rob is a veteran sportscaster at athletic events around the world, including, previously, with the Hudson Valley Renegades, a High-A minor league baseball team and affiliate of the New York Yankees. Rob also hosts Robcasting Radio on Mixlr; a sports, news and talk show. Rob also serves as an Instructor at The Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
Rob holds an AA in Communication and Media Studies from SUNY Westchester Community College and a B.A. in Communications and Media Arts from Western Connecticut State University.
