Vanessa Difebo

Vanessa is a Director at Grace Blue, where she leads both client and candidate relationships across a range of disciplines.
Vanessa started her career as a media planner at DMB&B, moving over to account management at Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterrer (now Havas) three years later. There, she spent 20 years working on some of the world’s most valuable and iconic brands, including Intel, ExxonMobil, Nestle and Evian, while also leading new business initiatives.
As Director of Client Services, Vanessa led a department of over 100 integrated account people, and was responsible for talent acquisition, retention and developing training/growth programs for the group.
Vanessa moved to Grace Blue in 2015. Away from the office, Vanessa can be found on the beach, in the Bronx cooking up classic Italian fare with her family, or spending time with her puppy, Sparky.
