Claire is Joint CEO of Grace Blue North America where she has been running the business for the US and Canada since its launch in 2012. She is responsible for managing key client and candidate relationships, overseeing the team in New York, and setting up new divisions for the company’s growth.
With over 20 years’ experience on both client and agency side, Claire’s career in communications began in account management in New York. After graduating from Miami University with a degree in Anthropology and French, Claire joined DMB&B and then BBDO leading clients including GE, Pizza Hut, and several P&G accounts.
In 2000, the dot.com boom created an opportunity for Claire to move client-side at Shopping.com, where she led the US advertising team as Marketing Director before moving to London to set up the company’s European operations. Having spent several years in London, Claire returned to New York to work at British Airways managing their marketing and brand strategy.
After five years and missing the creative environment of agencies, Claire then spent the next decade at agencies including BBH, TBWA\Chiat and 72&Sunny on brands including Miller Lite, Mentos, Unilever, Pedigree, Singapore Airlines, and Sonos before joining Grace Blue in 2012.
As Joint CEO, Claire has been responsible for some of the most game-changing hires in the advertising industry, and she is recognized for her creative approach to solving her clients’ toughest talent challenges.
