Patrick is CEO of Grace Blue Acquisition where, over the past two years, he’s built and led a practice that helps clients in the M&A space engage and evaluate the best potential partners. Before joining Grace Blue, Patrick spent 20+ years in and around the advertising industry.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, he started in the business at DDB Chicago and, over the course of his career, has led a broad range of clients at agencies as diverse as RPA in Los Angeles and M&C Saatchi in London.
Increasingly drawn to the challenges of managing big, complex brand relationships, Patrick led Ogilvy’s global relationship with BP and, more recently, those with Mars, Visa, and Accenture for TBWA.
In 2013, Patrick left the advertising world to scratch an entrepreneurial itch. As a brand and marketing leader for two West Coast technology-driven companies, (Project Frog and SimpliPhi Power) he learned first-hand to appreciate the pace and agility required to succeed, as well as the challenges facing leaders at up-and-coming firms.
He remains a Board Advisor for SimpliPhi Power.
