Helen Duffy

Helen is the founding Partner of Grace Blue Singapore and oversees key senior searches in Asia Pacific, with an increasing remit in Australia for clients looking for talent all over the world.
Helen spent the first 12 years of her career in advertising, first at McCann-Erickson and then at Ogilvy, working on everything from Shreddies to Coca-Cola and from Dove to Ford domestically, regionally and globally. In 2011 Helen decided it was time for a change.
Moving to Grace Blue was the chance to reframe her experience by concentrating on the talent behind great work.
Helen spent three years at Grace Blue London before moving to Singapore in 2014 to set up the Partnership’s APAC office, building a team reflective of Grace Blue’s offering in London and New York.
Helen and the team now partner clients in China, Singapore, many other South East Asian markets, Australia and New Zealand, working with leadership talent across a broad spectrum of roles and businesses.
