Natalie is a Director at Grace Blue in New York, where she leads client and candidate briefs within the creative and strategy disciplines.

Natalie’s career began in the client sector but she quickly made the leap over to account management on the agency side. Based in London and later in New York she led integrated, multidisciplinary teams at Grey and their partner agencies for some of the world’s largest advertisers.

Working on everything from cars and cable TV to credit cards and crisps and with some of the industry’s most inspiring people, Natalie developed a passion for the industry and an enduring fascination with agency cultures and people.

Natalie joined Grace Blue in 2014. She finds great satisfaction in the ability to build agency brands and positively impact the business through exceptional talent, and is great believer that a business is only as strong as its people.

Outside of the office, Natalie can be found in the East Village playing in the park or catching a movie with her daughter, Betty, and son, Arthur.
