Prior to joining Grace Blue, Eric spent 18 years in and around sports marketing.
He co-founded GlideSlope in 2010, a boutique advisory agency specializing in global sports, growing it to a multi-million dollar business before leading it through its acquisition by CSM Sports & Entertainment.
GlideSlope disrupted the traditional sports marketing agency model by hiring a collective of diverse talent from the business world that brought a fresh perspective to brands investing in global sport.
Eric led the talent acquisition strategy at GlideSlope and has built a diverse global network across the sports landscape of brands, agencies, rights holders, media and technology companies. He has worked in the US, Australia, Italy, China, Canada, the UK, Russia and Brazil.
Before joining GlideSlope, Eric worked in the Consulting divisions at Octagon and IMG building multi-channel strategies for clients across the sports, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
