Raphaël Czuwak leads Egon Zehnder’s global Financial Services Practice. Previously, he led the global Insurance and Asset Management segments of the firm’s Financial Services Practice. He has deep expertise in finance and is a trusted advisor in talent acquisition and development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder in 2001, Raphaël advised financial institutions as a Consultant with McKinsey & Company, based in Paris and Warsaw. Previously, he worked in structured finance at Banque Indosuez in Paris.

Raphaël has a BA in business economics from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is married with three children and composes music for piano and orchestra in his spare time.
