Neil Hindle, based in New York and Washington D.C., leads Egon Zehnder’s Public and Social Sector Practice globally and has deep expertise appointing and assessing senior leaders. He works closely with intergovernmental development organizations, NGOs, industry associations, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies. He also has experience working in risk management and quantitative analytics, and conducts executive search for financial services clients. Neil provides board consulting, CEO search, and accelerated integration support to transitioning leaders.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Neil was Director of the Emerging Markets Structuring Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and Vice President of Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan & Company. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group and has lived and worked in New York, Madrid, London, Paris, and Toronto.
Neil has a BA in economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He has four children, and cofounded and served as committee chair for Young Life Lower Westchester, a nonprofit focused on youth.
