Anne-Claire Monod is a sought-out advisor to industrial businesses who has developed trusted relationships with Fortune 500 corporations as well as private capital clients. Based in New York, she guides clients through complex and sensitive board and senior executive assignments. She brings her passion and dedication to the service of her clients and is recognized for identifying out-of-the box solutions and for unleashing the power of her global network. She leads Egon Zehnder’s North American Process Industries practice. She focuses on serving clients on both CEO succession and Board succession. She leads several relationships with major US corporations across Egon Zehnder’s full suite of services, and is highly effective at advising global businesses.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anne-Claire held several roles at Novar Plc., a diversified multinational industrial group headquartered in the U.K. She was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Indalex Inc based in Chicago; earlier she led M&A and Financial Planning and Analysis at Novar Group based in London. She also spent four years as a management consultant with Roland Berger and Partners.

Anne-Claire received her MS in International Business from IMIP in Paris and her MS (MBA) from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
