Justin Zale

Based in New York, Justin Zale is the firm’s U.S. Real Estate practice lead and an active member of the Financial Services and Private Equity practices. His comprehensive experience across various segments of corporate finance and real estate, coupled with his entrepreneurial and management background, makes him a valued advisor to a wide range of clients.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Justin co-founded S2K Partners (now Colony S2K), an alternative investment management and securities distribution firm, where he helped to set the corporate strategy and implement a variety of key initiatives. In 2018, Colony Capital acquired a controlling interest in S2K Partners. Previously, he worked at Cantor Fitzgerald as a Senior Associate in both the merchant banking and investment banking departments, focusing on transactions in the real estate, gaming and lodging sectors. Earlier, Justin worked at Credit Suisse as an Associate in the real estate finance department, investing debt and equity capital in commercial real estate transactions throughout the U.S. and Latin America.
Justin earned a BA from Emory University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Manhattan and enjoys the outdoors, basketball and, most of all, spending time with his wife and son.
