Miranda Pode is the Co-Leader of Egon Zehnder’s global Financial Services practice and formerly led the firm’s London office. She primarily serves clients in financial services, working with them to help them find CEOs, operational and risk leaders, chief marketing officers and chief human resources officers who can transform financial services institutions for a market defined by customer centricity. She is also an executive coach and trusted advisor to boards and CEOs, especially on diversity and inclusion, and works with nominating committees to identify and recruit exceptional female directors. Miranda is part of Egon Zehnder’s Board Consulting, CEO, and Human Resources practices, and previously led the Financial Services Practice in the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Miranda was with Marks & Spencer, where she led the marketing and strategy function for the £3 billion food division, was a member of the divisional executive committee and headed up the M&S Direct food business. Miranda started her career working in investor relations consulting in Boston and London.
Miranda earned an MBA from London Business School, an MA in American Studies from Boston College, and a BA (Hons) in American Studies from Nottingham University.
